For information on Joseph, there is a reference in Peter Coldham's book, Complete Book of Emigrants 1799-1750. In Feb. of 1738, a Joseph Pearsall, aged 18, came either to Virginia or Maryland, indentured to a Henry Barlow. The time frame fits as outlined by the St. Mary's County Historical Society,along with other mentions from records of Joseph being in St. Marys county. However there was a John Pearsall who made trips between England and the new world, from 1714 onward. I have the information and copy for Joseph and other items from them on Joseph but they only mentioned John. I have not had a chance to find the book and look John up. Also there was some information on Elizabeth, but nothing to connect any one together.
