For information on Joseph, there is a reference in Peter Coldham's book, Complete Book of Emigrants 1799-1750. In Feb. of 1738, a Joseph Pearsall, aged 18, came either to Virginia or Maryland, indentured to a Henry Barlow. The time frame fits as outlined by the St. Mary's County Historical Society, along with other mentions from records of Joseph being in St. Marys county. However there was a John Pearsall who made trips between England and the new world, from 1714 onward. I have the information and copy for Joseph and other items from them on Joseph but they only mentioned John. I have not had a chance to find the book and look John up. Also there was some information on Elizabeth, but nothing to connect any one together.
