The closest I can come to your Persse family is a branch of the Pearse family from Plympton, Devonshire, who went to Ireland in the early 1700's and settled in Cork. I have a fairly detailed tree of this family to about 1890. Members of this family went to Australia in the mid 1800's. Nowhere is there any indication of this spelling of their name. There are no Taylors in this tree.
If I can be of any further help let me know.
