Re the Pearse Family of Linkinhorne. I have a connection with you! I am descended from John Pearse & Martha Kelly born 1766 and married 1792. My great grandfather was William born in 1808. Jane, I see, was born in 1798 - a twin with Elizabeth. Jane was the third child and William the eighth. I can go back further which you might be able to confirm. John Pearse's father was also John Pearse born in Linkinhorne in 1765. His father was also John Pearse born 1740 married Elizabeth Wadge born 1743. They had 10 children. Also going back even further, I think John Pearse's father is also John Pearse who married Jane Knight (beginning of the 1700's). A great family. I also love Linkinhorne!

Please let me know about Jane - I know nothing. Also any other information you might have. Thanks.

Sylvia Eldridge (Pearse)
