Asa Married on the 11-02-1836 in Exeter England. 1st Wife - Elizabeth CHOWN B:16.05.1814 - daughter of John CHOWN & Elizabeth ROGERS.
(Asa had a second wife - Elizabeth died during the birth of her 7th child en route to Australia. Married on 04809/1954 at Geelong Vic Australia. SECOND WIFE: Ann DOWNIE Born: 7/1/1820 Scotland and died: 28/12/1914
TOTAL of 13 Children,- 7 to Elizabeth and 6 to Ann. My relative is the 4th child of Elizabeth. JOHN PEARSE - born at Woodbury England 3rd October 1844 - Died 27th May 1898 in Australia.
