Thanks for your reply, Yes Horace (Uncle Horrie) was dad's eldest sibling. Horrie moved to Woy Woy then retired, 2 or 3 of his children still live in the area.

I grew up in Kingsgrove, mother lived in the same house until her death 1993. I now live in Mapleton,Queensland.

I don't think my mother new anything about Eliza Ann, but she new a little about Jessie her daughter as she married a John Clune from Arncliffe and mother new some of the Clune family while growing up in Kogarah, Bexley and the St George area. I don't think any of my first cousins live in the St George area now.

Would you rather we correspond directly, if so give me your email address and where your up to in the Pearse family and I will try and help. I have most of the BMD certs in a direct line back to John Pearse 1760.

I'm working on Eliza Ann Richards and family now, and just found her parents... this is quite a story, will give you this at a later date.

Cheers from Lyn
