Have you researched the distant relatives like the Freshwaters, Banks and Caldwells?
I don't know if you are aware thatAmos and Eliza's daughtr Mary married a George Freshwater, and his brother William married Ruth Banks, their daughter Ivy married George Beresford Caldwell, and they had 3 daughters, Betty, Mavis and Nancy. Mavis married Frank Bridle and they had 2 daughters Lynette and Narelle, Lynette married my eldest brother Jimmy, meaning that through her the Freshwaters, Banks and Caldwells are linked to both sides of my family. I have spent a lot of the last 3 months since we became aware of this connection researching the Banks, Caldwells and Freshwaters. We were not aware of this connection, I just came across it by chance, and we (meaning my siblings and I) along with Lynette's daughters, were blown away by this revelation. Unfortunately Lynette died in 1994 and from what I can gather her sibling was not aware of the connection either. Most of my research last year prior to this was on the Gibbs side of the family and I had put the Pearses aside for a while.
I am again having to put my reseach to one side next week for a couple of months as i run a small business from home and am absolutely flat chat with scheduled work from the 3rd of January to end of March.
I am happy to give you what I have but it probably won't be until then as I have to give work my first priority, and I need to rescan my notes into my new computer following a computer crash last July. Anything I get scanned in I will get to you, but it will be in dribs and drabs, but I promise I will get it to you.
