HI Paula, I don't recognize your names, but my people moved form the TN-VA border area to KY and then on to MO. My Grandma was Dorothy Elizabeth David, dau of Albert David and Maude Rose Peavler. Maude was born in North Salem, Linn Co., MO in 1875. Her parents were Mary Haynes and James George Peavler. James was born in Knox Co., KY in 1846. His parents were Catherine Head and Lewis Peavler. Lewis was born in Sullivan Co., TN in 1805. His parents were Catherine and Lewis Peavler, SR. Lewis Sr. was born in VA in 1777. Do any of these names or places mean anything to you?
