Jacob and Frances (Nelms) Peavler, III. were my great, great grandparents also.
Jacob Peavler was born 10 Dec 1811 in Sullivan Co., TN the third son of Jacob and Margaret (Stewart) Peavler, II. THis marriage produces 14 children - Sarah Ann born 1831; Margaret - born 1832; Jacob Gabriel born 27 may 1834; Martha jane - bor 23 Aug 1836; Frances - born 1838; Catherine -born 1841; Susan AGnes (my great grandmother) - born 22 Jan 1845; Elizabeth E. - born 26 Dec 1846; Virginia - born 1847; Barbara - born 18 Sep 1849; Lavernia - born 1854; Florence - born 1855; Charles - born 1858 and Cordelia Alice - born 9 Feb 1859. All were born in Sullivan Co., TN but many of the moved to Jefferson Co., IL.
