Does any body have any thing on the Peay's of Rockingham, North Carolina. One of George Peay Sr. children goes to S. C. I am trying to find the father of John Peay who married Emily Hall. It is either William and Rachel Tate Peay or George and Mary "Betsey" Scales Peay. John goes to Henry Co. TN. 1850 and then to Lawrence Co., AR. He has a son George William/Washington Peay who marries Elizabeth Callahan they are in Calloway Co., Ky 1850 which is just across state line from Henry Co. You are the first people I even found working on Peay surname any help much appreciated. Mary Ann
