First Generation

1. Austin PEAY. Born on February 27, 1741 in Caroline County, Virginia. Austin died in Caroline County, Virginia.

On April 25, 1765 when Austin was 24, he married Mildred TURNER, daughter of George TURNER & (Turner, George, 1st Or 2nd Wife. Born on February 26, 1744. Mildred died on February 15, 1835, she was 90.

They had the following children:
       2       i.       Jane "Jenny" (1766-)
       3       ii.       George Nicholas (1767-1833)
              iii.       Patsey. Born on December 5, 1768 in King William County, Virginia.

Patsey married Thomas GUY.

              iv.       Elizabeth. Born on January 13, 1770 in King William County, Virginia.

In 1790 when Elizabeth was 19, she married Edmund WOOLFOLK.

              v.       Agnes. Born on January 17, 1772 in King William County, Virginia.

Agnes married John PICKETT.

              vi.       Austin. Born on January 22, 1774 in King William County, Virginia. Austin died on February 22, 1793, he was 19.

       5       viii.       Nancy (1777-)
              ix.       Judith Coleman. Born on April 13, 1779 in King William County, Virginia.

In 1804 when Judith Coleman was 24, she married George SMITH, in Jefferson County, Kentucky.

              x.       Turner. Born on November 13, 1781 in Virginia. Turner died in 1820/1823, he was 38.

       6       xi.       Nicholas (1784-1843)
              xii.       Mary "Polly". Born on March 24, 1787 in Virginia.

In 1807 when Mary "Polly" was 19, she married Francis TAYLOR, son of Reuben TAYLOR & Rebecca MOORE, in Jefferson County, Kentucky.

              xiii.       Mildred. Born on April 19, 1791 in Virginia. Mildred died in 1793, she was 1.

2. Jane "Jenny" PEAY. Born on May 10, 1766 in King William County, Virginia.

On January 5, 1786 when Jane "Jenny" was 19, she married Robert WOOLFOLK III, son of Robert "Robin" WOOLFOLK II (about 1715-October 1788) & Ann GEORGE, in Virginia. Born in April 1756. Robert died in Louisville, Kentucky on August 18, 1854, he was 98.

They had one child:
              i.       John Allen

3. George Nicholas PEAY. Born on October 5, 1767 in King William County, Virginia. George Nicholas died on February 5, 1833, he was 65.

On March 18, 1819 when George Nicholas was 51, he married Elizabeth "Betsy" NEILLE.

They had one child:
              i.       Mildred Ann (1823-)

4. John PEAY. Born on September 19, 1775 in King William County, Virginia. John died in Bullitt County, Kentucky on August 18, 1838, he was 62.

On August 19, 1802 when John was 26, he married Mildred LIGHTFOOT, daughter of William LIGHTFOOT (about 1720-November 5, 1805) & Elizabeth BARROW, in Jefferson County, Kentucky. Born in 1772 in Culpeper County, Virginia. Mildred died in Kentucky on February 15, 1835, she was 63.

They had the following children:
              i.       Austin Lightfoot (1803-1849)
              ii.       Eliza Barrow (1805-1841)
              iii.       Mildred Ann (1806-)
              iv.       John Turner (1808-)
              v.       George Nicholas (1809-)
              vi.       Phillip Edward (1811-)

5. Nancy PEAY. Born on April 19, 1777 in King William County, Virginia.

Nancy married Joseph DUPUY, son of Bartholomew DUPUY & Mary MOTTLEY. Born on March 8, 1765 in Nottoway County, Virginia.

They had the following children:
              i.       Bartholomew
              ii.       Martha Turner
              iii.       Judith Coleman
              iv.       Eliza Ann

6. Nicholas PEAY Major. Born on May 19, 1784 in Virginia. Nicholas died in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas on May 3, 1843, he was 58. Occupation: Planter, Merchant. Religion: Member of Christ Church, Little Rock, Arkansas.

On June 14, 1814 when Nicholas was 30, he married Juliet Mildred NEILLE, daughter of William NEILLE & Letitia GORDON, in Shelbyville, Kentucky. Born on March 26, 1793 in Frederick County, Virginia. Juliet Mildred died in Walnut Grove, Arkansas on March 28, 1847, she was 54.

They had the following children:
              i.       Letticia (1815-~1815)
              ii.       William Austin (1816-~1817)
              iii.       Mary Neill or Gordon (1817-)
              iv.       Gordon Neill (1819-1876)
              v.       Turner (1821-1826)
