"Mrs. Mary G. Pope, onsort of William F. Pope, and daughter of the late Major Nicholas Peay. Died near Little Rock, Ark., Jan. 9, 1846, aged 25 years."
This ran in the Lexington Observer and Reporter on Feb. 7, 1846.
