on SW side of Wateree River in Fairfield - a part of 2 surveys, one was granted
to ___? Lewis on 21 May 1772?, and one part granted to Frances Leighton __83?

ELIZABETH PEAY by John Yarborough 15 March 1793 and by her conveyed to her

I do not understand why she is using the name "Peay" while she is married to
John Mickle.
