I do not recognize your father's name. As an Oklahoman, I am familiar with the area near Blackwell. On the main highway from Blackwell to Ponca City, there is a sign with an arrow pointing north to Peckham, OK. I have no idea why the town is called Peckham and have never been there. Since your family is from the area you may want to research the town of Peckham. If your father was born in a hospital, the nearest hospital might have been in Blackwell. You may find the town of Peckham to have been named after one of your ancestors.
