If anyone is looking for some more imformation on Gregory Peckover and Harriett Peckover I do have a small amount. But I have a news paper clipping. The heading is Diary Tells Of Trip To Canada In 1899. Then it says Peckover Story. It mentions John Frederick Peckover and his family, from his daughter, Bertha who tells of their arraival in Temiskaming and also something of her own history after she married Alma Loach. Mr and Mrs. Peckover with their family of four boys and one girl, lived in Middesboroough, England. Mrs. Loach goes on to share, some of teh diary that her mother kept from the time they left Liverpool until they arrived in Liskeard. There is a lot more to this but to much to type on here. I am more then happy to send a copy to whom ever wishes to have it. The sad part is the story was continued but this was cut out of the paper and no date or name of the paper it might have come from. It is a long story but very beautiful. I also know that Gregory W. Peckover was the father of John, Louis B., Doroth(Peckover) Flander, Nellie(Peckover)Genis, Mary Lou(Peckover)Nirdlinger, Harriet(Peckover)Davis
