I have recently been asked by a new friend living in Carolina if I could help her trace ancestry of a distant relative of hers who she has discovered was born in England. He is Lawrence Peelle - and all that we know about him is that he was born in England in 1601, and died in Elizabeth City, Virginia between 1656 and 1663. This wouldn't be your Lawrence Peelle by any chance would it? We have no idea when he came to the usa, or even where he was born in England..but as we are just starting out on our quest we hope to discover this in due course.
