I am desperately looking for information on Norman Vincent Peale myself. One thing that you may want to know is that the Peale family is one of the “first families” of Philadelphia during colonial times. Specifically, the artist Charles Wilson Peale lived in Philadelphia during the 1700 and 1800’s. He was a painter, philosopher, solder ect. His paintings include just about every revolutionary war leader at the time: Including George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin and on and on and on. I am convinced that there is a family connection, but all my efforts have been confounded. Anyone with more information on such a connection would be welcome. In return, I would be more than willing to share all the information I have on the Peale family in return. Contact me at wpeale@cs.com :)
