Three Men Named John Spencer Peel(e)

I am looking for information regarding three different men with the same name born in Lincolnshire, England. Here are their vitals, so far as I know:

John Spencer Peel #1. son of John Peel and Kitty Nelson, christened 24 November 1793, Corringham, Lincolnshire, probably died March quarter 1867, Whitchurch, Hampshire; possible wife Catherine; possible daughter, Clarissa Bygott Peele 1828-1905, wife of Jacob Stout 1834-1923.

John Spencer Peel #2. son of George Peel and Honour Barker/Bath, christened 12 May 1816, Corringham, Lincolnshire, died after 1881 England Census.

John Spencer Peele #3. son of John Peele and Charlotte Somerscales, b 1825, Grayingham, Lincolnshire, died December quarter 1873, Glanford Brigg, Lincolnshire; buried 15 Dec 1873 {with parents} St Radegunda, Grayingham, Lincolnshire.

#1 and #3 are both descended from Thomas Peele of Saxby, Lincolnshire, and his wife Ann Norvill/Newell. #3 is related to their eldest son William Peele (1720-1799, Scothern) and his wife Elizabeth Spenser (d 1811), through their youngest child Spenser (1765-1816.) #1 is related to their younger child Richard Peele (b 1734, Scothern) by his wife Ann (maiden name unknown, 1737-1821, Kirton-in-Lindsay), through their son John who married Kitty Nelson. I am related to Thomas Peele and his wife Ann Norvill/Newell through Richard Peele of Long Sutton, grandson of their sons William Peele (spouse of Elizabeth Spenser) and Richard Peele (spouse of Ann.)

What I would like to know is if John Spencer Peel #2 is related to this group of Lincolnshire natives and if so how are they related?
