I have only just come across this message. There doesn't seem to have been a follow-up - but i think I can answer your question about John Spencer Peel #2.
He is related to the others: his parents were George Bygott Peel (GBP) and Honour (Honoria) Barker. GBP was one of 5 baptisms to John Peel and Kitty Nelson recorded in the IGI for Corringham (C028281). They are a very useful group as all 5 children have middle names which relate to the family:
Ann Nelson Peel: 2 Aug 1792
John Spencer Peel: 24 Nov 1793 (JSP#1)
George Bygott Peele: 21 Feb 1796 (GBP)
W[illia]m Christopher Peele: 3 Jun 1798
Eliz[abe]th Susanna Peel: 19 Oct 1800

The Bygott name seems to come from Kitty Nelson. She was the daughter of Christopher Nelson and Susannah Bygott (x24 Dec 1770 Barton upon Humber IGI C026901)

I am descended from GBP (my 3xG-grandfather)

I would be interested to discuss the Peel ancestry further.
