Received a copy of deed, naming Daniel Pegg and his wife Catherine, of Amwell in the County of Hunterdon in Province of West NJ....10 Sept. 177?

Acknowledged by ? granters, Ascending by law, Aug. 5th, 1772.
In presence of us, Isaac Smith, Thos' Morgathogo?

Written on side of page:
Hunterdon. Memorandum, that on this 5th day of Dec. A.D. 1786, a certificate was brought to the Clerks office in the following words and figures to wit, on the 28th day of Sept. 1778, I received of Daniel Pegg, or some person in his behalf one hundred and ninety? four pounds, three shillings & six pence, in full for a bond & mortgage given to Samuel Tucker Esq., assigned by him to Rebecca Coxe.

Witness my hand this 5th day of December, 1786.
