William Pegg(s) baptism in 1736

I am trying to trace the birthplace of a William Pegg(s). He was married in Swavesey, Cambs in 1760 and died there in 1801 at age 65. This indicates he was born around 1736. He doesn't seem to have been baptized in Cambs or in nearby Hunts. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions. I am assuming he was born not too far from Swavesey, Cambs since transportation was rather poor in the 18th century and he was an agricultural labourer. Regards David (Pegg)
