Dear Beverly:
Otto was my great-uncle, his daughter, Barb, was my father's cousin and step-mother. Barb passed away a few weeks ago, she had cancer. My father, Ed Pekrul, and my uncle, Tommy Pekrul, continue to reside in the Torrington area. Their parents (my grandparents)Ed and Marian Pekrul were killed in a car accident (1950 something)leaving Barb and her husband Marty to raise my dad and his brother. Barb's daughter, Debbie,is living in the area as well. I know very little about my family and was shocked to see Otto and Julius posted. I would live to know more about my grandparents - especially my grandmother as I resemble her. I know that they lived in New York before moving to CT but not where the family originates from. Any information you could give me would be wonderful.
