Could Frank E. Pelkey possibly be related? I am looking for relatives of this person. I was told that he was a foster child, but I am uncertain. Frank E. Pelkey was a Sargeant in the U.S. Army. He was also a passenger aboard the same plane that my father was on. The plane disappeared on March 16, 1962 enroute to Saigon from Travis AFB, California. My website tells the story of my plight:
