I have a photo from my dad's days in the Air Force - it has an inscription that reads "Pelkey of Maine" and "Powers of Wisconsin." It's Oct. 17, 1954, and the three of them were standing on the corner of Hollywood and Vine - I believe my dad was briefly stationed in Riverside, CA. They are in civilian clothes - chinos, and they look relaxed and happy to be there. One man is fair-complexioned, the other is darker, more of a Tony Curtis type with Tony Curtis attitude.
My dad, Don Williams - New York, died many years ago. I am willing to forward a copy of photo to "Pelkey." Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
