Your posting is a bit old but I just saw it. If you are still interested in The Pelkey Family in Franklin County VT here is some info. Philip Pelkey (b:31Oct1850 d: 21 Mar 1910) is my great grand uncle. He was born in Quebec, Canada. His father is Philip Pelkey b:26 Sep 1816 St George de Clarenceville, Missisquoi, Quebec, Canada d:1Sep 1890 Alma, Lac-Saint-Jean-Est, Quebec, Canada. His mother Elizabeth Felix b:Abt 1830 Perce, Quebec, Canada d: Bef 1881 St Thomas, Missisquoi, Quebec, Canada. Spouse: Thurza J Day b: 30 May 1851 New York, USA d: 8 Apr 1913 St Albans, VT. Children: Herbert (1869-1890), Mary Jane(1871-?), Elizabeth(1874-1879), Philip Francis(1876-1956), Silas Joseph(1881-1952) Francis Lawrence (1883-1903), George(1887-1954), Walter(1905-1964) and Chester(1909-1978). Philip and Thurza are buried in Holy Cross Cemetery. Other Pelkey family members a buried in Mount Calvary Cemetery in St Albans as well.I am still developing this tree so some items may not be totally accurate.
