Seeking Mr. Pellatt 1800's to early 1900's.

I am looking for a Mister ? Pellatt living in England who married Mary Anne Davies (may be different spellings, i.e. Mary Ann or Davis) who ran away from her strict Celtic home alone and penniless from Wales to London, England, (she was born Brynwar, Wales about 1835, her mother died in childbirth of a younger sister) She became a mid-wife and married Mr. Pellatt, who lost a fortune on the stock market of the time, turned to driving a coach and died probably
from the flu in an epidemic. He may have escaped France and a pre-arranged marriage to come to London, (family legend). They had 11 children - 9 surviving to adulthood.
