Euchariste Peloquin, b.Oct. 1885, Sorel

I'm trying to establish the parents and pedigree for Euchariste Peloquin, born in Sorel (Ste-Anne-de-Sorel?) in October 1855. He married Adelaide Cournoyer sometime before 1882. His second marriage, sometime after 1888, was to Eliza Parent. Euchariste emigrated to USA, c. 1900 and settled in Uxbridge, Mass. He hated life in USA and moved back to Sorel with his family, but his eldest daughter and my grandmother, Albertine, refused to return. She remained in Uxbridge and moved to Woonsocket, RI after marrying Adelard Plante in 1901. Any info on Euchariste would be appreciated.
