I too am a decendant of Felix Peloquin and Marie Antaya dit.Pelletier who were married in 1720. I'm trying to verify that they had a son, Jean Baptiste Peloquin. My information comes mostly from the American French Genealogical Society in Woonsocket, RI. Do you have information that would verify. Perhaps he would have been baptized at St. Pierre's in Sorel. Incidentally, my mother, Blance Mathieu was baptized at St. Pierre's in 1892. I have listed my ancestry back to France. Mathurin Peloquin was the father of Francois who was the father of Felix. Please refer to my message subject: Jean Baptiste Peloquin.
