Hi Cousin! Arch is my grandmother's uncle. It's a good thing we can translate, huh? Her name was Josephine Elizabeth P. Lusk, 4th child of Ben Franklin P, son of Benjamin Henry. I am in hopes of finding out the answers to the same questions you have. I have traced Ben Hen Pen back to Pike County, Ms, where his father William moved with his young family about 1814, from S Carolina, where he was born. I have been told that his father was William also, and it was he that was married to Hatawa. As it is family heresay, I am beginning to seriously question it. I have a copy of a letter Arch wrote to his neice about the family tree in 1948. He says he "quit my first wife and I married again and had l child by her." Can you fill me in on this? You are welcome to e-mail me to update.

Teri Vinson
