In 1853,Mobile County, in the will of Amanda Foster (b. 1820 in NY) William A. Pendarvis, a minor over the age of 14, is left all of her household and kitchen furniture. Later, in the same year, William A. Pendarvis appeared before the court and chose William H. Pendarvis as his guardian. What is the relationship of these three people? In 1850, they were living in the city of Mobile in the home of Jno Gilbreath who was born in Ireland.
