Hi Jane,

Unless someone has a copy that survived privately, the will was destroyed in the court house. However, his executor, Daniel Stevens, refers to the will and its contents in his 1804 Petition to the General Assembly for SC. The Petition is in reference to the confiscated estate of Richard "Tory Dick" Pendarvis, and is very insightful as to the actual heirs to both Richard's and Josiah's estates.
