William Henry Pendarvis b. 1851 could not possibly be the guardian of William Pendarvis. William Henry would have been only 2 years old at the time of the probate court hearing on the guardianship of William. The hearing took place 8/5/1853. What source do you use to confirm the cousinship of William A and William Henry (b. 1851)? By the way, William A died in Mobile County at the age of 28...July 11, 1870. Thanks for your interest, J.
