I have finally started researching my Pendarvis line after 20 years of doing genealogy. Why the slow start, it appeared hopeless, but I do hope at least one of you may have a clue in your files.
This is my line:
Mary Ann Pendarvis b. 1828 ( Florida according to the census records ) md. John/Jehu BOOTHE 17 Sept 1845 in Nassau County, Florida.
The only Pendarvis family I could find in Nassau county was that of William Pendarvis. He died before the 1850, but there was an Edy ( female ) and several children listed in the 1850 of Nassau County. There is some evidence that Mary Ann was closely related, but I have no proof however this was actually her mother and siblings. She named her first born son William. If this Edy and children were hers, some were born in Georgia.
This is all I have to go on. If you have any ideas/help to provided I would greatly appreciate it.
