I think we are talking, maybe, about two different Hannah Williams, unless she was married first to a Williams then a Taylor.
The Williams and Taylor's have been intermarrying for quite some time.
It sounds as if, from reading more of your postings on the Taylor website, that these two Taylor lines might be connected somehow through an ancestor.
We, at the present time, don't know the origin of the Taylor's we are trying to research. They seem to have migrated to South Carolina from North Carolina. They never owned slaves, so I have wondered, at times, if they were Quakers. They are listed as "Other Free," on a couple of census records, then as Free White on others. I suspect there was some Indian heritage along the way.
