Thank you so much, didn't know there were twins in our line.I have been quite confused because I have my great grandfather's obit, and it says his name was Samuel Pendergraft . Also my grandfather's funeral information says his father is "Sam". now I know that everything I have found so far says his name was William Sanford pendergraft, so he must have gone by 'sam as a nickname. My grandfather was Roy pendergraft, son of "william Sanford" "Samuel" Pendergraft and Harriet Matilda Tucker. Thanks.
