WILLIAM PENFOLD M. ELIZA HAYSE? REVELL , PENFOLDS IN HAM

Hi. Still looking for the family of William Penfold in Kingston Upon Thames (occupation baker), and especially his "son" Edwin Penfold, b. ca. 1854 (also a baker).

I now have new information from the Kingston University "life cycle" site for Thomas' marriage in 1855 to Eliza Hayse? Revell at St. Andrews Church in Ham (Richmond). Both bride and groom were listed as living in Ham, and his father is listed as Thomas Penfold, baker. Censuses from 1861-1891 list Thomas and Eliza at various addresses in Kingston, but the 1881 census has a Clara Penfold, niece, born in Ham as part of the household. Does anyone have any info about Penfolds in Ham? In addition to trying to find the rest of William's family, I am still trying to solve the mystery of Edwin's birth (supposedly in New Malden, Surrey) - family rumor is that he was adopted, possibly an illegitimate relative. Thanks for any help you can give!
