SUBJECT This is the first part of a contract of sale by Lease and Release in which Edward Penfoid and William Davison are selling property in Worthing to Henry Botting. It consists of a parcel of land in the Home Field of Worthing on the North side of the Occupation Road. We are told that it was an allotment created by an Inclosure Act for the Manor of Broadwater.
