William Penfold, Catherine Penfold

I am looking for William Penfold born around 1776, with a sister Catherine. They both got married in London. I cannot find their parents however hard I try. The names used in the descendants are Augusta, Wightman, Carghill (Cahill), Edward, James, Percy. Do any of these names crop up in your families...especially the Wightman or Carhill names as they could be surnames sued as second names.

We know William had money so probably not an Ag worker.
