Thank you Judy, I think your on to something. I have Franklin's b.d. as 1836 with a question mark, so that definately sounds like a connection. He is buried in Greenwood Cemetary also. He married an Anne Ganley in 1871 and had 3 children. He died in Brooklyn, N.Y. I had found Ann in the 1850 Census, but not Franklin.
If you would like information on Franklin and his descendants, I would be happy to give it to you. Could you give me some specifics regarding the area he lived at the time of the census. Also, if you have information on the source for the marriage date.
