There is a Thomas Penhallow, died 15 Oct 1862, age 73 yrs, 1 mo, 13 days, (which would make his DOB 25 Sep 1789) buried in the Old Cemetery (aka Lower Sandusky Cemetery) in Fremont, Sandusky County, Ohio. Fremont was once called Lower Sandusky. This info is in the book: "The Old Cemetery, Fremont, Ohio, Title To Property and Headstone Records" by J. Burgner, 1907, on page 13.
