The only advice I can give, is that Penhalluriack seems to have been a change of spelling after the Penhalluricks settled in Australia.

Also, there is a person named Frank Penhalluriack who has been in touch with my family previously, ie about 30 years ago when she lived in Melbourne.
I don't know if this has been any help to you.
