Shelley, I received info from Norm about the Penkeths of St. Helnes, Lancashire, Eng. My Mother-in-law's family, William Henry Penketh came over to Stellarton, Nova Scoita about 1908 and worked in the Coal mines of Nova Scoita. This line goes back to James and Sarah Penketh of St. Helens where they had 10 children between 1865-1895. Your George seems to be before the James line. Let me know if I can provide anything else.
