Thanks for the information. I have been trying to learn whether Robert Beveridge who was married to Margaret Penman and came to Llewellyn, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania in 1850 and was killed in a mining accident in 1863 was the father of William Beveridge my ggrandfather b: 1859 d: 1921 married Martha Jane Peters b:1859 d: 1918.
The book: Schuylkill County Pennsylvania: Genealogy, History, Biography, by J. H. Beers, 1916 lists the children of Robert and Margaret as: Elizabeth, Robert, Helen, Jan, Margaret, William, and David. David was born in 1863. So I was assumming that William could be my ggrandfather.
How could I contact Martha Beveridge Clauser?
