Hi Angie,

Sorry it's taken so long to get back to you. I really have very little about Elizabeth Penman. I only know she is the mother of Isabella Thomson b. 1813. Isabella was my 3x great grandmother. The father was listed as James Snadden Thomson (blacksmith) but I have been unable to find out anything more about him either. If you have any more information you can email me directly.
