Hi John , and thanks for the Penman information on Emma Howcroft Penman . I wonder what she died from at such an early age ? it had to be child birth due to the birth date of last child and her death . She would be my 3rd great Aunt her sister Letitia "Lettie" was my grandmother and she also died in a child birth situation in 1895 leaving my grandfather Columbus Newton Haile with 7 young children .
