Hello Stacey and Robert:

I am the great-granddaughter of Frederick Douglas Cole Penman. His father was Victor Logan Penman who allegedly was born in Danville, KY to Russell Butler Penman and Elizabeth Logan. I have many Penman relatives in Chicago. I live in the suburbs of Chicago. Most of my Penman research comes from Danville and some in Meadville, PA. If either of you have additional info or would like some info, please let me know.

Thanks.
