Searching for information regarding Jonathan Penny/Penney, baptized 10 April 1775 in Wells, York County, Maine. He is shown in church records as son of John and Sarah Penny. I believe John was a descendant of Thomas Penney and Joanna Littlefield of York County, Maine. Jonathan married Joan by 1796. She was also born in Maine. By 1830 they were living in Center Twp., Morgan County, Ohio, and appear there in the 1830, 1840 and 1850 Censuses.
Based on census records I believe they had a least the following children: Daniel (1796-1876, Edner (1806-?) and George (abt 1811-?).
I would appreciate any information about any of these individuals. Thank you.
