PENNEY b: 10 NOV 1759 in Hanover Co., VA. Mother: Frances "Fannie" WHITE b: 12 SEP 1760 in Louisa Co., VA. Trying to find a link to William E PENNEY Sr and Jr who show up in 1860 Caldwell Co. MO Census. James S PENNEY possibly married to either Almeda NEALE or Jeanette (Aginette) FORTUNE.
