I am not related to this family - this is part of a transcription project.

St. Francis (Catholic) Cemetery, Pawtucket, RI
Section 15

James H. Penney, 1860 - 1936
his wife Susan L., 1868 - 1931
James Dougherty, 1826 - 1880
his wife Anne Murphy, 1842 - 1889
Eliza J. Sholes, 1866 - 1945
Gertrude Dougherty, 1896 - 1941

there's a James H. PENNY, b. 1860 in ENG, parents born Ireland, living with his mother?, a Margaret Wafer in the 1880 US Federal Census for Providence, RI, working as a waiter in a hotel, also listed as living with the DeJoy family - not sure if this is the same as above.

I think this might be a match:
