Craig: Many thanks for answering my inquiry. I "discovered" Gen. Pennypacker about 15 yrs ago when I bought a 1st ed.(1934) book on the dedication of his statue in Phila. PA. In the last 2yrs, I have visited Pennypacker Mills, Valley Forge, W. Chester Historical Society, Nat'l Archives, & Richmond, VA Battlefields. Right now, I am searching for original correspondence by Galusha to fill in the private gaps of his life.
