I have Melvin and his 10 sibs, children of Abraham C. Pannepacker and Mary Ann Fluck of Montgomery County, PA. A couple of the kids were born in Philadelphia and one in Bucks County.
Point is that , I believe the spelling is "Pannepacker" which might help locate some help in Montgomery Co.
I have him married to Florence Peacock but nothing else.
For sibs of Melvin's, feel free to e me at: ronboy1@msn.com
